Objects pop in and out of diamond city, Preculling issues?
Diamond City Expansion (major expansion to Diamond City with many new NPCs, cells, buildings and more) That last one, the DC Expansion, adds so many new buildings, signs and billboards that the zone shown by bloodhound's photo is cluttered with many new visual obstructions, and there's no opportunity for pop-in.

diamond city radio will randomly play two songs at once, or Travis will start talking in the middle of a song. turning off radio and sleeping 24 hrs solves problem for half a song, tops. never used mods, never messed with console commands (except giving myself concrete and wood to build a house)
